The customers are located in Copenhagen and are offered the following installations:
230/380 v. electrical installations.
ABA – high-quality fire technology.
PDS – internet cables and racks.
CTS – cable routing and installation.
Lighting – industrial lamps and controls.
Troubleshooting – doorphones & electrical systems.
Fire closure – carried out with Wurth ™.
Technicians can be booked to carry out electrical work for entire days and weeks.
The hourly wage is 400 DKK + VAT.

Appointments are made via phone and email, and elOle meets on time.
Our specialty is handyman services, which are often carried out in connection with a moving to a new home.
In modern buildings, the walls are typically made of concrete, and a special drill is required here.
First, the task is reviewed with the customer, where paintings are placed, lamps are distributed in the rooms and other furnishings are agreed upon for assembly. We install and test IT equipment and set up TVs of all sizes.

It must be agreed in advance who will purchase the TV wall mount and extra ready-made antenna cable in the appropriate length. The same applies to wall-mounted dimmers, be sure to have light sources (dimmable) that fit the dimmers. Today, LED type is used, but if you have older light sources or halogen lighting, the old type of dimmer is used.
We also offer troubleshooting, both on installations and all types of lamps.
In the case of more complicated repairs on lamps, they are taken home to our own workshop.
We carry out the tasks quickly and efficiently and the work is done at a fixed hourly rate.
Our hourly rate of 400 DKK + VAT incl. driving and parking.
A minimum of 1 hour is always invoiced.
When a customer books an appointment with elOle, we would like the customer to first send a detailed email with the scope of the task.
After reviewing the email, we will quickly return with a follow-up where a time for the work is also agreed.

In the event of a power outage at the customer’s home, you can simply call our phone number. We will try to resolve the problem over the phone, otherwise we will be happy to drive out to the customer and find the fault.
After a customer visit, we inform the customer of the final price.
We then send the invoice, which is paid via bank transfer.
All our customers have a 7-day payment deadline.
